ABOUT
Stephanie Ann was born and raised in the heart of Utah. She comes from a long line of Mormon ancestors, and was an active member of the Mormon church for 33 years.
After a profound and very intense experience with psychedelics, she left Mormonism and entered a very traumatic and isolating state of spiritual crisis. With long-lasting and debilitating physical, emotional and mental symptoms, she spent the next several years researching and learning everything she could about cult abuse, psychedelic integration and spiritual emergencies.
She is now a practicing certified Jungian Life Coach, and is currently a student of Process Oriented Psychology at the Process Work Institute founded by Arnold Mindell. She believes healing is experiential, something that goes beyond simply awareness, and requires relational, somatic and transpersonal support. Her primary focus is helping people through states of spiritual crisis, recovery from religious abuse, and coming back to a sense of safety after traumatic psychedelic experiences.
